    By clicking on either of the ‘Help / Support’ buttons  on the menu bar at the top right or bottom of the Agent Workbench screen a new window will open to the Blocks Online Support Portal

    Here you can submit a support ticket to get help from our system support specialists and also get access to our Knowledge Base which is an extensive library and guide to help you use the Blocks Online system.

    Typing keyword(s) into the ‘Search help centre’ box to get information and help about using the Blocks Online system is a great way to access answers to your queries quickly and efficiently.
